March 24, 2015 – Cargohaus, Inc. in partnership with Cebu Pacific Air Cargo, inaugurated the First Air Cargo Inspection Portal installed in an airport in Asia.
The Smiths Detection CIP-300 X-Ray Inspection Portal was blessed last March 24, 2015 at the Ramp Area of NAIA Terminal 3. It can scan up to 9 tons of air cargo dolleys and unit load devices and is powered by a low-energy x-ray source. This can provide high quality images because it uses advanced material discrimination software.

Cebu Pacific will be using this machine for its cargoes loaded in international flights to and from Manila. Cebu Pacific CEO, Mr. Lance Gokongwei, gave his warmest thanks to its partner Cargohaus, during the inauguration for this milestone in the logistics industry.

Cargohaus President, Mr. Rudy Fulo, ensured a strong partnership with Cebu Pacific while the Lina Group of Companies Chairman, Mr. Alberto Lina, ended the inauguration with a toast for another success of Cargohaus, Inc.
